Does anyone know what gear he was using for the video (apart from the Kramer of course)? Because he sounds awesome.

I´m not so much into his sound there, it is pretty thin imo. But that completely stripped neck (board too) of his Pacer Classic looks so great. I have to strip the board of mine too - and soon.

Seen this yesterday, funny interview lol
Stole that little G# descending blues lick from JLTW lol

I've stripped the fretboard on my classic, feels 10x better, I'm just too lazy to do the neck atm, so I just sanded it with 1000 to get the satin feel for now

His guitar is not a Pacer Classic. His is one of the American ones.

I know that. But he´s not playing one of the Reissues in this vid. The shape of the HS is that of a Pacer Classic and not that of the Reissue, the complete hardware is black - the hardware on the RI is chrome and the the Reissues have speed-knobs, the one shown here has the cheap PC-knobs. So, either they downgrade the looks of some of his guitars (mostly the bengals) to look like cheapo Pacer Classics or he´s really playing them, what wouldn´t be a bad thing at all. Some of his see-throughs, tho, are more to the shape of the Reissues when it comes to HS-shape and hardware. But I might be wrong, you´re more into it than anyone of us, Eric. It is just irritating to me. And all the above said is spiced with a big "at least it seem to be" and comparing my PC and my 83 Imp which both hang side by side on the wall left to me while I´m typing.

    Cheers,
    Christian

It's American reissue. Parts left over from when they made the Imperials in '08. Black hardware.

Im pretty sure the one he is playing in this video has the body of a Vintage, and the neck of the Imperial because that was the spec of his newest one.

And lol at Steel Panda the Japanese band that is better than them. That cracked me up.

Tha is most certainly not a classic. I've played it, lol... I can confirm from first hand inspection it is definitely not a classic or vintage. It's custom built with the leftover 2008 parts in Nashville.

Didn't care for the band until I watched more of their videos....and I get the over the top'ness of their act and find it super funny.

If they ever tour these parts, I will be sure to attend.
