    Default Floy rose problem.

Hi I was re-stringing my pacer today and the high E string saddle has come loose now when I go to restring the high e it won't tune up and the saddle is loose and just rattles.
Anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it.

Green arrow (up & down) or red arrow (back & forth)?

    How new is the axe?
Contact Gibby if its still under MFR waranty, they will send you a new saddle or whole trem.
If not new, just replace the saddle assy.

Not expensive to replace the saddle. Could always upgrade to OFR or FR special.

Could you possibly post a quick video of you trying to tune it? When not under tension saddles do move side to side a little.

I can't post a video because I have no video camera but I think I have fixed it, it doesn't move around anymore when tuning the guitar up.

go to the Kramer site and get the phone # and call in for customer service to get it replaced. they really do need to know about every single problem with these lic-FRs as possible. it sounds as if some of them have some issues and it can help determine if they need to re-tool them or do a recall or replace the ones that people have already bought or something.

the Kramer-branded lic. FR bridge on my PC has been having problems lately as well. I've called in each time and they sent out a new set of mounting studs and I'm waiting on a new #2 saddle and string lock screw.

the guitar is fine and I don't regret buying it at all, but if I were to do it again, I'd have gotten the Kramer Pacer Vintage. comes with Duncans and a Floyd. the time saved by not having to deal with the problems with the lic-FR would've been worth it.

It's fine now I had not tightened them enough because I was being gentle with it thinking if I tighten it any further it's gonna break but I hadn't tightened it enough
