    Default Eminence Legend 1218

    Anyone have any experience with these speakers? I'm looking to fill an Avatar 2 X 12 with them for a 300 watt combo to a 50 watt Sovtek MiG . I'm currently killing a 60 watt Celestion cab with pick attack, can't find enough headroom. They recommend these as replacements in a Fender Twin, so it has to be able to handle the power... any recommendations?

    I use the Legend 1518 along with a Madison executioner 15inch, powered by a 300w solidstate bass amp. They recommend the same power handling for the 1518 and the 1218.. and I've had no issues with the Eminence... handles the power well, great tone. I have a Eminence Texas Heat in another cab that I really like as well. Speakers can be rather subjective, but eminence makes great products.
