I just did the same exact thing, except for Forbidden, but hell yeah, it is a monster, a bad, bad, monster and I have all 3 evolutions, what a sound, even on clean!!! Love these things, getting ready to install my SH-6s on my ESP AX 50, I bet those sound sick. My new ESP KH series guitar is the absolute bomb, like thermo nuclear!!! This thing abuses steroids, in a major way!! Puts all the guitars, the ones I have now and any from the past to shame on a worldly level. This does everything, chunky rythm, to an ear splitting shred fest. Kirk rules, lol, but he does. I use a Metallica setting on my presets when I play this thing and WOW!!!! Not enough exclamation points in the entire world to even begin to explain how well this works. Talk at aya later KramerJames...

"Release the pups!!!!!!!" I think, I have many of the pups that you guys have mentioned. And some you may have never heard of. Wayback when, I bought a Fender-type loaded pickguard. It was loaded with oldschool Evans pups. They are in one my Strats and I love that guitar.

I have my Kramer's QuadRails and the DualRail and my ESP-150s. I'll sell them, or hold onto them. You never know when spares will come in handy. Evans huh? Haven't heard that name in a very long time myself. You say they came loaded in a Fender's pickguard? Wow, what a find, oldschool too. I just installed the S/D Distortion Mayhems into one of my ESPs, and after re-adjusting my amp, they sounded great, lots of power. I put in the DiMarzio Evolutions in my '86 Kramer Striker 424 Custom and wow, that made a major change, plus they look good in that guitar, but those S/Ds kick some ass in my ESP, I like those. S/D is coming out with the new Invader series, they have bigger pole ends on them and come in blk, chrome and white with the S/D name at the bottom of the pups. They look awsome, I just wasn't impressed all that much with the performance, but they are supposed to be "better", perhaps, don't know yet...

    Hey Fett,

Are you referring to the Noiseless Fender pickups that say noiseless on them? I didn't read through every post here. I have an American Deluxe with those in there and I kinda like 'em. The classic sound; I had an old Fender with the Lace Sensors in them and I prefer the Noiseless. JMO.

Yep. They read "Noiseless" right on the covers.
