Need Play Along Software ???

What can i use on my computer to play along with Mp3's and adjust the guitar part so i can play the guitar part.

I just use ITunes. If there is a part of a song that i have trouble with, I'll play it in Audacity. Then I can loop the part I'm interested in indefinitely. If I still have trouble, I save the looped part and reopen in in Windows Media Player, where I can play it at half speed but still keep it at regular pitch

Isolating or "potting down" the guitar track isn't easy. You would probably be better off googling "free guitar backing tracks" and seeing if there are tracks for songs that you like.

Vox do a hardware and software solution called JamVox.

It removes the guitar track and les you dial in your own tones to match the track.
