I've used a few different brands of chorus pedals and have always prefered Boss effects in stomp boxes, but.....I get a much better sound from my Alesis processor. I forget the model, but I think it is a rackmount Midiverb 4....but I wouldn't swear to it. I don't think I've even seen it in 2+ years. Anyway, you can find them used for around the price of a new Boss pedal (if you shop around).....If you are interested in knowing the model, I can dig it out and look it up. I think I paid around $75 for mine, used....I also have the Alesis 3630 compressor.

+1 for the Alesis. I run an old Quadraverb GT and the effects are to die for. Very natural and transparent. Your amp will still sound like your amp.![]()
Probably not what you wanted to here if you're looking for a pedal though.![]()

My two favorites are the old DOD Stereo Flanger(FX-75B I think) adjusted for a chorus sound and a cheap Alesis Nanoverb. Takes up 1/3 of a rack space and you can find them cheap ($60 bucks or so)![]()
