Ok, newest song or last song you learned?
The newest song I know is 'Blood Polution' from the 'Rock Star' soundtrack. Wish those boys would have put together a full length studio album. :headbang

Don't feel bad Mike, I'm in the same boat. Our bass player works for a radio station and if it's hot on the charts we learn it. The song I learned before that one was "Work up" by Cameo. How's that for lame!!!

Bill, I'll have to say that even though that song sucks IMO it does a good job getting the ladies to dance. At least we do a "modified" version that rocks.

Just incase anyone goes looking for that song. Its on "Book Of Shadows" CD. Zakk Wylde not BLS. Unless of course its been added to one of his BLS cd's as a bonus track

James i think its in my top 15-20 songs of all time.

Its a classic :headbang

I think the last song I learned was 'Remember' by Disturbed. The timing is awkward. If only one person in the band messes up even SLIGHTLY during the verses, the whole song gets whacked.

None of the song is technically 'hard' to play, but the timing can easily throw you off, especially for the drummer.

Most RECENT song I've started to learn - the most recent was Linkin' Park's "Crawling" a few years back in the metal band.

MOST RECENT song I've started to learn - I don't even know, I've had so many in the cue. The Cars "Running To You" is one of em, a rocked up 7-string version that is. Then there's a couple Pantera songs ("Domination" "Shattered" and re-learning "Floods" in a wacked out tuning).
