Few hours ago I had a beautiful dream about my bassplayer in band having a Kramer pacer custom I laying around his house for years.since I have one and he wasn't very eager to sell it I didn't bother him too much to sell it to me.So I checked it last time and whoooa...it's not PCI it's dark red RS with gold hardware. :drool ..I was so out of my mind I....woke up :-x
My bassplayer hardly knows what Kramer is,I only got one Kramer, last time I checked my country around there wasn't onother Kramer miles around :evil

Your country sounds alot like the state of South Dakota. Only a handfull of Kramer guitars and I have them all. None to be found anywhere.

It's interesting to read that because my perception of Usa is from movies and such things. To make it easier to explain,it all looks like southern California from this point of wiew.and some Alaska from "Northern Exposure" ;)
I thought S.Dakota was not so far away from Neptune,NJ :D
what's the situation with pawnshops and similar stores?

Oh how I wish! :D Let me tell you first hand. Indiana is NOTHING like So. Cal. (Unless there's a hell of alot of corn and beans out there too). All those beautiful women you see on TV and the movies don't live anywhere near here.
As for Kramers, you'll see them, but it's pretty rare and becoming less and less common all the time. Alot of new Fenders and import Jacksons and stuff like that. And the used guitar market is terrible. Nothing but overpriced junk no one else wants. At least that's what it's like here in northern IN.
E-bay is where I go for everything kramer related. :thumbsup

Yeah, since they all go to LA or NY as soon as they get a slightest chance.

Other than that, I think you guys would go crazy if you ever visited Croatia. There are more _stunningly_ beautiful girls there in one city then in most of the whole other countries. No joke.

Geez, looks like we're fighting the same battle.in terms of Kramer.
In terms of good looking women, fortunately we have them enough to export them.
one of my friends from Canada said it best:
percentage of women I would like to sleep with in Canada goes around 15.(USA included),percentage here...85 :D
I went highly offtopic, but hey..i know you wont mind.

Don't forget about my old hometown, tho... Ljubljana (SLO) has some serious good looking ladies!! ;)

In fact, all those girls of Slavic origin(Slovenian,Polish,Czech,Slovakian,Ukrainean,Croatian....etc) have a certain look.
How to determine Slavic look?

Well...type Ines Cudna or Sylvia Saint in your google :D

I totally forgot about her :nono
Definately better reference :thumbsup ,but girls like Ines Cudna you meet on regular basis, but Joanna...
in our(40 000 people) town there are no more than 5 that could compete with her.she reminds me of a girl i once dated..she was like focus 2000 compared to pacer imperial,if pacer was joanna :lol

Our women are more like Harmony guitars. With the good ones comparing to strikers. :D Anything better than a striker thinks she's too good to talk to you. :lol
I hope my wife isn't reading any of this. :-x But she'd probably agrees with me anyway. She's from Texas! :thumbsup

Same here in Germany. Even the Strikers act like "all men are below my level", totally hilarious.

Feminism gone wrong, to say so :lol

I can hardly believe that, but maybe it's the same situation as with US - they're all gone towards Zagreb or Split? ;)

In reality, the big Kramer boom hasn't hit yet. When the prices start getting a bit higher and the exposure gets higher, thats when you'll start seeing them come out of the woodwork. I'd be willing to bet, there's still a bunch of Kramers sitting under beds, aging in closests, etc, and until the people that aren't geeked out like we are on this stuff are exposed, they will stay in obscurity. Kramer made a ton of guitars in the 80's, they just haven't seen the light of day in a huge way yet.

As a matter of fact-yes!
Reason is that in Croatia almost everyone can go to collage, because the state pays you through the collage if you score on the entry exam.all the collages are in Zagreb or Split or Osijek.

There goes your answer :thumbsup

My thoughts exactly. The only problem with them coming out of the woodwork anytime soon is that many the people that put them away aren't into guitars anymore. So regardless of a Kramer comeback by YO, they probably won't even know about them regaining popularity. :-x
But I hear you. There must be a very large number of Kramers gathering dust right now forgotten.

The only Kramer I've ever seen besides my 1984 is a Musicyo Focus i saw sitting in a used guitar shop for the price of $125.00 :-x

Dude, I've been to Croatia...and places to your north and south and let tell you that Zagreb is much nicer than many US Cities. Split makes many of our beaches look like gettos. The USA is nice, just like many other countries, but it's not like the movies. You live in a Paradise bro., enjoy it. ;)

dunno about "hudicek" unless it rhymes with woody-check, which is what happens when looking at croatian women.

For the proper woody-check, google for the croatian model Nina Moric (http://www.google.de/search?client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla%3Ade-DE%3Aofficial_s&hl=de&q=nina+moric&meta=&btnG=Google-Suche) . She's very representative of the kind of women you'll see there in masses.

Now I'll stop, otherwise I have to get some vacation and go visit my family there imediately :lol

Except for the fact Nina has implants.Girls here don't do plastic surgery at all.maybe 0,5% of them do.
Try google for Renata Sopek,Tatjana Juric...I can give you a "woody-check Cro list" if you want it :D

Xxx,where lives your family here?

My family is in Bosnia (Banjaluka, Jajce), but it's kinda all the same to me, former Yugoslavia. I have some distant relatives in Rijeka and Split too.

And yeah, implants or not, I meant the type as such. Facial features, hair etc.
